Description
Omis Gel 200ml contains Aluminium Hydroxide 250mg, Magnesium Hydroxide 250mg and Simethicone 25mg per 5ml.
It is an antacid and antiflatulent used to relieve acidity, heartburn, indigestion, bloating and flatulence. The aluminium and magnesium hydroxides neutralize excess stomach acid, while simethicone helps relieve trapped gas and abdominal discomfort.
