Description
Desostar-5mg contains desloratadine 5 mg, a non-sedating antihistamine used to relieve symptoms caused by histamine during allergic reactions.
It is commonly used for allergic rhinitis (hay fever), including sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching, and itchy, red or watery eyes. Desloratadine is also used to relieve urticaria (hives), including associated itching and skin rash.
Desloratadine works by blocking histamine, a substance responsible for many allergy symptoms.
