Digeva-F 170ml contains Aluminium Hydroxide 200mg, Magnesium Hydroxide 200mg and Simethicone 25mg per 5ml.
It is an antacid, antiflatulent and demulcent used to relieve acidity, heartburn, indigestion, bloating and flatulence.
Aluminium and magnesium hydroxides neutralize excess stomach acid, while simethicone helps disperse trapped gas and relieve abdominal discomfort.
