Route: Oral. Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily, preferably after a meal, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew it, as this can interfere with the modified-release formulation. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.
