PLS Naygra 50 Tablets contain Sildenafil Citrate 50mg per tablet. Sildenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation.
It should not be used with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin because of the risk of a potentially dangerous drop in blood pressure.
