Lofnac MR Tablets contain Diclofenac Sodium 50mg, Paracetamol 325mg and Chlorzoxazone 250mg per tablet.
It is a combined analgesic, anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxant medicine used for painful musculoskeletal conditions associated with muscle spasm, including back pain, sprains, strains, muscle pain, joint pain and stiffness.
Diclofenac and paracetamol provide pain and inflammation relief, while chlorzoxazone helps reduce muscle spasm.
